The rooms were very comfortable with air conditioning, a big bed, and a smart TV. The hotel facilities, including the pool and on-site restaurant, were nice and clean. The hotel's location offers a great selection of restaurants and beautiful views of the city. Rooms are comfortable and have new amenities, including air, con and smart, TV. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the on, site facilities and services are extensive.
One aspect of the hotel could use improvement, according to a few guests, as the pool was not heated as advertised.

The hotel had cozy and comfortable rooms with all the basic amenities. The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay even more pleasant. The on-site restaurant served delicious food and we were spoilt for choice with the variety of restaurants nearby. The location was convenient with several attractions within walking distance which made traveling around the area stress-free.
The lighting in the rooms could have been better and finding sufficient sunlight was a bit of a struggle at times. The pool was advertised as heated but was not even remotely warm, which was a letdown.

The place was really beautiful and perfect for hosting special events like a wedding or party. the staff was super friendly and very helpful throughout our stay, which was definitely a plus. the rooms also had air-con and smart-tv for our entertainment.
The pool was not as advertised, it was stone cold. the hotel rooms were quite large but lacked seating options, which made it difficult to relax and pass the time.
